I love the sense of motion captured here, not in blur but in the slight angle and swing of the watch/object. Did you add bokeh afterwards? I think it's a little too much having it over the face of the watch as that wouldn't really happen in capture - but having it behind with the different shades really works nicely - I do like that. I also like your framing and how you've got the object a little to the left rather than central, this works really well and instantly my eye was drawn to what's going on this side of the image rather than the empty space to the other side. Overall great job, just take a look at your bokeh applying and that's it
